The first Millinery CD is NOW AVAILABLE. By request, I have started to create a series of CDs pertaining to millinery. These CDs will have images and text edited for their millinery content.

I now have over 200 pattern sheet supplements from Harper's Bazar magazine to add to my collection. As most of you know, these sheets are hard to come by and extremely informative. However, they are difficult to use in their original "overlay" pattern style. Thanks to modern technology I have been scanning and "dissecting" each piece with extreme accuracy, then placing the pattern image on a 1 inch grid. This is helpful in understanding the shapes of pieces and their reproduction.

We have a SAMPLER CD-ROM that contains primary source material from a wide range of years and publications. We will be offering Individual CD-ROMs of specific years as well as specific subject matter. Of course we are ALWAYS glad to do custom research work for you!

Hello, my name is Bimi Pinkler and I am the Chief Executive Officer of   DressmakingResearch.com. James Harrington has been a favorite pet of mine for several years and I'm sure that you'll enjoy the images and information on this site. If content is not being published here as quickly as you'd like, please be patient. I like to be a "paws on" supervisor, often sitting right at keyboard/mouse level with James as he works on this site. This may make progress a little slow, but you can be assured that I have personally inspected everything here.

Hi there, my name is Trinka Pupenhosen and I was hired by Bimi Pinkler in the summer of 2005 to act as her corporate assistant and James' direct supervisor. Though Ms. Pinkler continues to spend as much time as her busy executive schedule allows in working with James, she found it necessary to have me maintain the high level of contact that he requires on a daily basis. I have worked diligently to ensure that such critical activities as "walkies" and "cookie-time" are smoothly integrated with the production of research material and other content for this site. Though James has commented, several times, that he feels he is being micro-managed, Bimi and I feel both of us are needed to bring you, the website viewer, the best possible dressmaking material.
